Our Mission and Purpose
Roswell Street Baptist Women’s Ministry is committed to supporting the Mission of Roswell Street Baptist Church by Exalting the Savior, Evangelizing the Sinner, and Equipping the Saints.
Our mission is to meet women where they are, developing relationships, telling them the good news and preparing them for Christian living through discipleship. Discipleship prepares us to minister to one another, to those in our neighborhoods and our communities, and across the world meeting needs and sharing the love of Christ for one another.
God's plan, for such a time as this, is to live out our mission and not to be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2
Encourage one another
Encourage our Ministers and Teachers
Live in peace with each other
Admonish the unruly
Encourage the fainthearted
Help the weak
Be patient with everyone
Do not repay evil with evil
Seek the good in each other and all people
Rejoice always
Pray constantly
Give thanks in everything
Don't quench the Spirit
Don't tear down prophets
Examine everything carefully
Hold on to what is good
Refrain from what is not
AND
You are sanctified
Your spirit, soul, and body will be preserved complete
Without blame at the coming of Jesus
